On May 25, 2018, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) went into effect.

If any of the following apply to you, please download and complete the attached form and email it to us at TAAPrivacySecurity@wolterskluwer.com.

• You will be entering personal data of any clients located in the EU into TaxWise Online software.
• You have TaxWise Online software users in the EU.
• You are an ATX or TaxWise Desktop customer and will use our Electronic Filing Center to file returns for clients located in the EU.

We will provide you with an addendum to our applicable customer agreement setting forth the terms and conditions of our processing of such personal data.
